Parcel STUCK at JHB INT Mail Cente

My Parcel arrived almost a week or two ago from the United States but when I call the South African Post Office for track and trace I am notified that my package is stuck at the JHB Int mail (Hub) It has been in that state from the 5th of August My local tracking number is (ii282728972za)

Please assist as I need this package in my possession as soon as humanly possible.
