I went to the store today to buy a DSTV decoder. I needed information on the different types to suite the set-up I want. None of the ladies had information about the decoders.
So I bought Explora.
The installer was here and told me Explora 3 that I bought can only work on one TV, I can't connect an Eye on my bedroom TV. I must buy Explora 2 to do that. I called Pep Charlesville & asked If they have Explora 2 & they said yes BUT they can't exchange the one I bought today. I'm now stuck with this Explora decoder because they are refusing to exchange it for me.
