DSTV Explora troubles no solution in sight

Purchased a new Explora decoder and a new HD decoder from Makro 17 August. And two new TVs.
DSTV authorised installer Global Tv (Menlyn) installed the necessary hardware.
E16 and E143 errors stop-start-stop-started and installers came back 5 times to check, swop decoders, etc. At great inconvenience both decoders and TVs were taken to be tested and all were found to be in perfect working condition.
DSTV telephonic help desk restarts service every time but problems persist. New message this morning, "Explora hard-drive corrupt" (so much for perfect working condition!)!
Unbearable tension in house but unfortunately too late to return TVs and decoders and just cancel everything. DSTv blames Global Tv installation who blames DSTV yet problem remains.
Urgent request: DSTV to send someone to fix this mess and to refund subscription fee for unsatisfactory service received from 17 August to date that the service works to my satisfaction.
