Parcel stuck

My parcel was given in in Durban 24 Jan, on tracking system is still shows no next scan. So still not scanned into Jhb/Pret hub?...how long can it take, strikes or no strikes! Every time they strike companies and people wait for weeks for their parcels. It means South African cannot keep using SA Postal Services, will have to use alternative systems!
