I think this should be considered. You operate a flawed system, not you want to extort money from visitors. I would not ever go for holiday in your world, since you clearly do not want me on your roads. I get the message!!! Just go and explain this to your tourist industry, and tell them why you think you should be allowed to kill Gauteng tourism and cost them jobs.
