I have been trying to track a parcel that I am expecting for delivery. Firstly, I have tried the SAPO Track and Trace website, to no avail. Either it gives me an error, or it shows my parcel at the location it was more than a week ago, which is impossible. I have tried to call the Call Centre for 3 days in a row now, and there is no answer. I have waited on the line for 23 minutes, 20 minutes and 28 minutes respectively. I think this waiting time is utterly disgusting. How can it be possible to wait so long for an agent to pick up the call? All I want is information on my parcel!!!
