I am trying to track a parcel that is coming in from America, I have called the Post Office customer service call centre since last week, I have probably called them more than 7 times and waited more than 18 minutes each time, and I have gone through only once! When I did get through the agent sounded annoyed when I asked for clarity and more information regarding where my parcel is, he then said I would be receiving the parcel today at my place, however, when I asked if I will get the receipt to collect the parcel or the actual parcel he didnt clarify.
I am shocked by the service that I was provided with, and still at this point I dont know where my parcel is.
