SA Post Office
Goods have been in transit for more than two weeks

I am expecting a parcel from china, the parcel has arrived in South Africa, however on the track and trace website it shows that it been in transit since 28 November, i have tried to call the post office to ascertain what thhe delay is however there is never a response. No one ever answers the phone. I can not get any assistance to trace my parcel, it is impossible that same may be in transit for over two weeks.
