I am awaiting a parcel from EMS couriers. It cleared customs on the 5th of November, and was forwarded to the delivery depot on the 6th of November, arriving at 15:59. Today is the 8th, and seemingly the parcel is still stuck there.
No one answers when you call the EMS number, and the Post office call centre seems to think the parcel is still at the JHB int Mail centre. Even though the track and trace says it was Recieved at the delivery depo. What is going on? Why do they have a call centre if they can't answer?
