My car was "serviced" by them. Whether they actually did anything I don't know because the and buck passing would put Naas Botha to shame. After two weeks I still didn't have my car, they refused to give me a courtesy car until I paid an exorbitant amount apparently not covered by my warranty even though I had not received approval from my warranty! Smells fishy already. Upon collection they had dinged my car, not unplugged the battery for two weeks (so I had to buy a new one) and then slapped me with another amount not covered by my warranty before releasing the car to me. I checked this with my warranty company who said that the amount was covered. Also my service book was nowhere to be seen and they have made no effort to return it nor repair the ding in my car, this is another two weeks later. I have never been held at gunpoint thankfully, but I now know what it feels like. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!
