I am unhappy about the service from Renault Melrose GP. We have a Renault magane key faulty and was not detected by car and we went to Renault and they did not fix the key problem they ordered a new one for R2000.
I then personal fixed the key that was faulty since we were not helped by the dealer and it worked fine.
When the new key that was ordered come they called to bring the car for coding. My girlfriend went to Renault Melrose to code the new key to work on our car. After they coded the new key the old key that was working fine stopped working. I need them to fix my old key because it was working fine and it is the same key that started the car to go to the dealer. After I fixed the key it has been working for the whole 3 week that we were waiting for spare key.
I purchased the new key so that we have the spare. Please help. I did not go there for them to deactivate my old key.
