5 days plus to repair minor water leak

Took 2 yr old car with 19000 Kms on clock for repair to minor water leak on radiator. 5 working days later still at dealer waiting for authority from Renault SA to repair under warranty of 5 yrs and 150000 Kms. No feedback from dealer and attitude is its not our problem. Car was purchased from this dealer so would expect more service orientated attitude from them. This is the 4 th Renault in the family but the first from Renault Centurion and VERY disappointed with the general attitude from them
