The Glen Renault (Service and Parts)

Hi,
I have taken my Vehicle for service/repairs at The Glen (Renault), as my card reader has not been working.
After the Dealer has had the Vehicle for Three months, service/repairs has still not been done, i have contacted them several times regarding my Vehicle and they keeping telling me that they are awaiting Parts form the supplier.
After payment has been done of R14, 000.00 vehicle could not even Drive from dealer. They have then infromed me that i have to pay an additional R3, 200.00.
I have fetched the Vehicle from the Dealer (The Glen- Renault), the Vehicle is not a Driving position, i have then realised that they have Broke many other parts on the Vehicle as it was not the Parts that had to be replaced, I have paid so much money and waited so long for my Vehicle to be Serviced/Repaied for how many months and still Vehicle not in working order.
The Dealer (The Glen- Renault) has REFUSED to complete the Mess they made after paying R17, 200.00.
