A 2009 POLO GTI I purchased for my fianc? went in for the clutch and pressure plate at VW mooi street. A few months down the line the car went down to dbn and we noticed that the box had a small wining sound. The car went in at BARONS vw in dbn and when picking up the car after the work we noticed it came back even worse than before so I sent it back and the car stood there for around 4 months. The service consultant advised that the bearings had to be changed but with in that 4 months the box had been pulled out for over 6 to 8 times to sort out the fault. When looking at my tracker at that time I noticed that the vehicle had been parked at Gearbox Centre when all this work had been done. The service advisor Sanjay and Manager Ashok confirmed this as they say that they did not have a gear specialist to do the work. Now 1 month later after the guarantee the fly wheel has a shudder which only did around 10000km and is a vw part and they don't want to do a claim even thou the car was worked at a none vw and me not knowing if Gearbox centre swapped out my brand new fly wheel. Ashok the manager does not acknowledge emails and trying to assist me. VWSA needs to step in
