My vehicle is exactly one year old (VW POLO VIVO BLUELINE 5DR) and after 6 months (04/2013) it had to go for a 5th gearbox link repair (after initial request to replace the gearbox). Obviously, this is still under warranty as it's a defect and I received a courtesy vehicle for about 10 days. 6 months later (10/2013) I have discovered the exact same problem only to find out that they won't give me a courtesy vehicle a second time around and also which I am assuming that they will just do ANOTHER repair. I have requested for them to replace the complete gearbox but got told that VW will take the cheapest option. So what happens after the warranty expiration?
