Worst experience from a sales team I have ever experienced. I assume that VW Rivonia sells enough cars that getting back to a prospect is simply not a priority. Also, apparently you struggle with managing reports- perhaps it's time to look at better CRM system then, but I guess that a second time buyer won't mean anything to you in the first place so why bother managing customer relationships. I've requested breakdowns of installments several times. I've visited the site 3 times and still received late responses. How difficult is it to buy a car? How difficult is it to negotiate a fixed interest rate with the option of 3 finance institutions and then still get back with a worse rate then previously agreed on? Absolutely pathetic service. I would have loved to do business with you but you make it impossible. I know the market and I know what I need but it seems that young female professionals aren't worth even sending a quote to on time. Absolutely looking forward to the VW marketing team coming up with clever words in order to respond to this report. Rather use the time to send your team for proper sales and customer service training. What a passive branch.
