My gearbox was sent in for repairs and the bakkie was standing there for almost 2 months. In that time my vehicle was used and driven over 500km without any permission. On demand we collected the bakkie back without any repairs on the gearbox. We had a second opinion report from another gearbox place, they confirmed the gearbox wasn't worked on. We spoke to the owner by the name Norman Taylor and he confirmed that it is impossible to repair the gearbox. We took the gearbox to Rex Diff and Gearbox who also confirmed that nothing was done on the gearbox. RDG quoted me and repaired the gearbox in 2 days without any hassles and the gearbox is in 100% working order. We experience a bad attitude from Norman Taylor. He refused to refund what we paid over to him. As a customer I will never recommend these people for any work.
