They broke my car twice!

Took my car to Bosh for a service, timing belt and fluid change and a diagnosis on a sticky clutch.

for 4 days they argued that my car doesn't have a timing belt. I took time off work and showed them where it is. The mechanic tried to make a fool out of me.

I was told the mechanic broke the crank-seal using a screwdriver, causing all the oil to drain out and that it will take 2 weeks to get a replacement part.

Weeks later I was told that the work was done (Without ever sending me an invoice) but was told that there seems to be problem with my gearbox: 2nd gear is scraping and 5th gear is missing. WHAT? YOU BROKE MY GEARBOX? HOW DO YOU BREAK A GEARBOX???

Gearbox specialist quoted R12, 000 for repairs but Bosch refused to carry the repair costs and promised they didn't touch the gearbox!!! HOW DO YOU NOT TOUCH A GEARBOX WHEN YOU INSTALL A CLUTCH CABLE AND REPLACE GEARBOX OIL???..

Imagine a service and a clutch cable for R26, 000 and after almost 2 months you still don't have a car or an invoice or an estimated date of completion...

I HAD TO BUY A NEW CAR IN THE MEANTIME TO HAVE A MEANS OF TRANSPORT SO THAT I DON"T LOSE MY JOB!!!
I won't do business with them ever again.
