Received a eToll violation invoice for ~R50 if I pay before cutoff date. I decided to pay R300 to get my account in the green.
Next day, bought an eTag; a few days later contacted the Sanral office to transfer the credit from the violations office to the new eTag.
Saying they will help, and gave a case number and said a violation officer will me back (which didn't happen).
I received a violation invoice for ~R250 which is the money they owe me!

What a laugh, I will not pay the money they owe me, and I will not pay cent until this issue is resolved. Any violation acquired will be due to Sanral's unprofessionalism, and I cannot be held responsible.

Other problems:
- Not everyone has a Credit card!! To say on your eTag registration that you need to make a credit card payment to activate your account is absurd!!
- Your website is deliberately designed as to hide all info on how to make EFT payments, thus enforcing credit card payments.
- I've found ZERO Pick 'n Pay, Shoprite/Checkers or SPARs that you can pay an eToll account.
- The need to register an account is ridiculous, you don't need an account for normal Toll gates; why the obsessive enforcement?
