I have been trying to register for e-toll, linking my Bakwena tag to Sanral's system using their totally useless website. I entered all the details, paid the R50 as required, but my account was PreActive for a month! Now I receive statements under a different account number from VPC (Violation Processing Centre) while my statement from TCH (Transaction Clearing House) reflects a credit of R50. I lodged 3 complaints on Sanral's website, and logged 3 telephone calls.

I again phoned today, was cut off twice and eventually my account has been activated. But then they tell me:
"Case Number: 248676

Please be advised that hat we cannot take payment for VPC from your TCH account using your credit card details."

I tried to register in good faith, I paid the R50, it is not my fault their system is useless. I am sure I am also not going to get the R450 a month cap because I get 2 accounts and they cannot link the 2. PLEASE HELP
