When i first got my etag i chose the credit card option. I was unable to make the first initail payment due to their online payment site always rejecting the payment. So after weeks of struggle SANRAL finally called me and i switched to pre paid. That's where i thought my headache would stop BUT NOW, i cant top op my account. Why? Because their online payment facilities still do not work and payments keeps being rejected. This has happened to almost everyone I know.

SANRAL wants payment, and keeps saying that its so easy to use and user friendly. IF they want their money they should fix all the bugs, including the hacking issues.
