I was urgently looking for a reliable courier company in CT for door-to-door service, as I reside in AUS. From the 5 other companies I contacted, only CourierIt replied within a few hours after sending in my electronic request. They provided me with all the details requested, i.e. quote, time of collection & dispatch etc. When I realized that the manner in which the documents they collected were packaged incorrectly (in a scroll), I contacted Kim to find the best alternative solution. The package arrived before the estimated time, in perfect condition, and needless to say - 4 days later, I am still waiting for any of the other companies to address my request. So thankful for such efficient service! Would high recommend them!
