Etoll has done it again

After buying my etag, I decided to register and link it to my etoll account.when registering I was told that my account will be credited with the R49, 00 that I bought the etag.after receiving my statements I realized that my account was never credited with the R49, 00 as told. I then called etoll call center and I was given a case number (231569).the last time I received a call from this people they said they were still investing and will come back to me.till today I'm still waiting for them

If there is any money over due on my account I will not pay it because it was etoll's fault not to credit me with the R49, 00
