SANRAL - SHOULD NEVER HAVE TRIED TO GO LEGAL

I HAVE 3 BAKWENA ETAGS - WHICH I BOUGHT 5 YEARS AGO AND BAKWENA HAD MY BANKING DETAILS SO EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTH. IN APRIL 2013 I TRY TO REGISTER WITH SANRAL BUT WHEN THEY ASKED MY BANKING DETAILS I REFUSED AND SAID LEAVE THE REGISTRATION.
I CONTINIOUSLY USED MY BAKWENA ETAG AT BAKWENA TOLGATES. TWO DAYS AGO I TRY TO MIGRATE TO SANRAL - WE WENT THOUGH ALL THE INFORMATION - AND SHE SAID IT FINE I WAS REGISTERED. TODAY MY ETAG WAS REFUSED WITH BAKWENA - MY BAKWENA ACCOUNT WAS MIGRATED TO SANRAL - SANRAL CANCELLED MY ETAGS. I HAVE TO BUY NEW ETAGS AND RE-REGISTER WITH SANRAL - I BOUGHT 2 NEW ETAGS BUT CAN'T REGISTER THEM - BECAUSE OF THE OLD PROFILE ON THE SYSTEM WITH ALL MY PERSONAL DETAILS - CAN'T HAVE TWO PROFILES WITH THE SAME INFORMATION. I EVEN ASKED THAT THEY ACTIVATE MY BAKWENA PROFILE AGAIN - JUST SO THAT MY ETAGS WILL WORK WITH BAKWENA - BUT THEY REFUSED. I WANT TO BE LEGAL BUT BECAUSE OF THE ABOVE - I WILL RATHER STAY ILLEGAL.
