I am waiting for a package to be delivered door to door service. According to them, they were here yesterday and could not find our company. Our address is insufficient. If you google the address, it shows you an exact map of the street. Today they phoned me to double check the address. I gave them the address again and explained to them, what building is across the road ect.
They apparently tried to delivery the package again today but did not succeed as to them the address is insufficient. We have the company name H A huge on the building outside in the road which I gave them. They cannot miss it. Now, I have paid R105 for door to door delivery and I expect my package to be delivered in time.
My point is that if all other courier companies can find our Business address, why cant they.
