Nothing "Grand" about the after sales service here

I took my Fiat Punto to Grand Central Motors for a quote on replacing the Thermostat. Ryan from parts had a look with Etienne to give me an accurate quote. Etienne booked the vehicle in for the 27th of January.

I arrived on the 27th, dropped of my vehicle and then got a call at midday from Hennie to enquire if I ordered the thermostat! I was surprised that I had to order stock for their workshop to effect the work, especially if you have just had two experts looking at the vehicle to give you a quote and then book the vehicle in for the work to be done. Hennie called later to say terribly sorry they do not have the part in stock, it was not ordered.
Hennie will ask Yvonne to book it in for Friday the 31st as it take 3 days for the part to arrive. Wednesday I just called to ensure the vehicle was booked in, surprise it was not! I then asked Yvonne to book it in again. I called Hennie and asked him to please follow up on the part, he was going to get back to me. Still waiting for the call.
I arrived at the dealership to find out despite this being the third trip to the dealership, no part and vehicle still not booked in!
Needless to say the DP Mr Schackleton could not be found.
