My second experience with Courier It and once again a let-down!!! At least you are consistent! Your call centre staff are rude, unhelpful and so unprofessional. Unfortunately whilst doing irreparable damage to your own brand, you are also doing immense injustice to the companies that you service such as Hirsch and Zando. The numerous complaints on this Hello Peter page is proof that Courier It is a poor example of professionalism and efficiency. I have dealt with several other courier companies and have never encountered such unsatisfactory service and blatant disregard for customer service. I never received the tracking email from Courier It, as I was advise I would. And I have spent almost 2 days trying to track down my parcel. I've now had to change the delivery address as it was not delivered when it was supposed to be. I sent an email to Courier It (as requested) to change the address but the driver still insists on going to the wrong address. Then cuts the call while I am trying to explain to him!! Obviously not very good at communication or follow up as I see only a select few of their complaints are responded to. I would never willingly make use of Courier it again.
