The service provided by the Courierit Cape Town branch is absolutely pathetic.

My Samsung Galaxy S4 is being couriered to me at my work address. The driver arrived yesterday in the morning, however I start work in the afternoon. My colleague informed the gentleman that I will only be available after 15:00 and he confirmed that he will return at that time.

Needless to say he did not return.

Today they did not come deliver as well. I called the Cape Town branch with my waybill number to check when it will be delivered and my call kept being transferred and cut off. After calling for the 4th time I eventually was informed that my phone will be delivered on Monday.

It is a huge inconvenience being without my phone. None of the staff at Courierit could give me a reason why the delivery was not made today, nor were they able to follow up with the driver as to why they did not deliver today.

When I asked if I am being told that they cannot help me, the reply was: "Yes Sir you will have to wait until Monday"

No apology, no reason. A total lack of professionalism. No telephone manner.
An absolute "don't care" attitude!!!

The worst courier company by far!
