Waiting to be fixed, no response for 9 weeks

I registered my business with Rapid Business Registrations. For the first time I waited 4 weeks. I realized that they made a mistake with my address, It was suppose to be KwaZulu Natal, but it was in 3 different provinces in SA - Natal, Eastern Cape as well as Gauteng. I asked for it to be fixed very fast, as I already had to wait longer the first time it was registered. I was promised it will get done guick. So far I have waited 9 weeks for them to fix my address. The really horrific part of this story is the lack of communication from their side. Ive have sent over 10 emails regularly, including to the manager, but only received 1 email back after 5 weeks, saying it will get sorted, completely ignoring ALL my questions and request for discount. I made over 5 phone calls to different people at the company, with empty promises that they will sort it out "today" and phone me back. I have given them a date on which I either want the address to be fixed or my money back, that was 1 week ago, ofcourse they completely ignored me. I am at the end of my rope, I tried calling CIPC, other customer complaint services, other business registering companies. Nobody can help me, I am angry!
