SA Post Office
Not delivering a parcel

In December (19) 2013, I sent a parcel to Sweden. Paid R186 for the postage.
Tacking number is
Cn003362919za

Upon following it up with the post office they said all they can see is that it has left the country.
I did not pay them for a package to leave SA! i paid them to DELIVER a package.
The person in Sweden cannot trace it yet, as it seems that the number does not work on their side.

I need my money, Postage, and the R500 for the book back asap, or I want the parcel to be delivered ASAP!

Just putting your head in a hole like an ostrich and saying we do not know, does not solve the fact that I paid for a service which is not given!
