On 1 Dec 2013, I order a set of cane furniture pillows and paid in full. They promised to deliver in two weeks time. They never did and made excuses about none delivery from their suppliers and the fact that it was December. They promised to deliver in January 2014.
1. They closed shop in Benoni without informing customers
2. I contacted their factory shop in Bergvlei. Patrck as the owner confirmed that he was aware of the order and promised to deliver.
3. It has been promises and I even went to their shop and at last he decided to hide every time I came there.
4. Even today, two months down the line there has been no delivery from these guys and Patrick runs away and does not even take my calls.
Bad service if not.
