I ordered flange seals, prepaid for the order and was promised delivery in 7 days. I followed up on the 8 day and was given the run around. Eventually they promised delivery that afternoon but they closed for the weekend without fulfilling the promise. On day 10, Monday, I was again promised the seals but they failed to deliver. On day 11 and 12 they still failed to deliver, again promising to get the work done. On day 13 they again promised to deliver on day 15 or I could choose to cancel the order as they are unable to help. They gave me the option of cancelling the order and getting a refund. They payment was refunded, but I suffer the inconvenience of loosing 15 days of productive time. They do not keep promises and fail to return calls.
