I have bought furniture at Furniture city for cash on the 15th of December 2012 and even today my furniture has not been fully delivered. Initially they (Ezrom) told me that my delivery has been split into three deliveries which I did not understand but agreed because I thought they were going to deliver. As of today Furniture city has not delivered the third delivery and everytime I call they take my number and promise to call me back and they don't. Yesterday (28/01/2013) I demanded to speak to the branch manager who also took my number and promised to call me after looking into the matter but unsuprisingly he never did.
I'm entirely dissatisfied with their services because they (Ezrom) promised to deliver in a week's time and it's been more than a month now.
Please help.
