Please dont be fooled by Ngwato Cane Factory's fancy website. We "tried" to use them to re-weave a cane diningroom set and was informed by Patrick Matlala that the job would take 2 weeks. I paid a R3000 deposit and was told to pick up the set in 2 weeks. Over the next 3 weeks we were told numerous that there were delays in getting the cane from the supplier. After a while, Patrick finally owned-up and told me that he used the deposit to pay his rent!!!
It has now been 3 months, with numerous from Patrick that I would get my money back. To date I have received nothing. Please dont use this company for your own sake. We tried to support a small business, and this is the outcome.
Absolutely unacceptable!!
