Just wanted to vent my frustrations with SABS training academy.

I am a SHEQ manager for a large company and as such, my duties include planning training for our employees for the forthcoming year.

I wanted to book several courses regarding safety and quality for our employees as offered by the SABS training academy.

The above task has become an impossible for the followong reasons:
1. No person EVER answers any 1 of the 3 numbers/lines given to me.
2. No person has EVER followed up on the messages left on their answering machine when they do not answer their phones
3. It is the end of January and the 2014 training schedule is still not available
4. No one has EVER been able to answer my mails sent to them

As above it is pretty musc a futile exercise to correspond with this department, a pity as the courses looked like good value adding sessions.

I am forced to look elsewhere...
