I would like to report disgusting service of and deceit by the bed Shop in Krugersdorp President Hyper.
Myself and my husband went in to purchase two single beds, order 3181 and we were promised that Delivery would take place on the 14/15 of November or even the weekend thereof (the bed was purchased on 02.11.2013). I called the shop on the 14th to check if they will deliver, and I was told maybe that Friday or the weekend. to date 20.11.2013 I have still not received the beds. I had to call the manager to ask and he could not give any clear answers. I'm also appalled at the fact that not once was I called by the shop, I had to call to find out the status of the order.
I would like my money back as I believe no customer should pay for goods that they have not received especially after the promised Delivery date.
Shops are very quick to accept money, but when they fail to deliver on their promised, everyone hides behind excuses when they have to return the money to the customer.
It's PATHETIC.
