We booked for a day spa on Sunday 26th Jan for our anniversary. Our first treatment was a facial. The therapist yawned the whole way through, which didn't' make me very relaxed. No music to sooth and just lay there listening to my therapist yawning and people breathing. After that we were ushered to the jacuzzi. Awful, awful, awful. The water was dirty and cold. We had 5 minutes of this and walked back down to the seating area for the remainder of the 'treatment'. After lunch we had a hand massage 4 seater room. Our therapists were very late. The two therapists already there eventually started on the other guests with out them. We sat and waited and waited. When they did finally arrive they did a rush job and finished early.By this stage I was so disappointed I could have happily gone home and not gone on to the other treatments. When we sat at the table we were offered cranberry juice which we took a glass. Had a few sips and saw the glass still had orange juice cells on from previous juice. Unwashed! I took pictures as this was just unacceptable.
For the price I paid, I feel like I was robbed of my hard earned salary.
