I bought a groupon voucher for my friend & I for Hilton Spa next to the Protea Hotel-Fire & Ice.
We arrived there on time for our 11am appt, we both waited for 10minutes for the therapists. Finally 2 therapists came to us, and introduced themselves & lead us to two separate rooms, not in the same room.
My experience with my therapist was horrible! Our Groupon voucher stated that we could choose either an hour full body massage in either Swedish/ Hot Stone or Aromatherapy. But my therapist did not mention anything, she just told me to undress &on my tummy and massaged away with her cold hands.
She didn't consult me how I would like the pressure, the room was cold, I felt cold, and she didn't massage my hands and my scalp. Her skill was so unprofessional, she didn't know what she was doing. She was using her knuckles to massage my back the whole time, and said she couldn't feel my knots on my shoulders. (of course she couldn't feel my knots, cos she didn't use her fingers, just her knuckles!)
My friend's therapist was better, room was cold, I complained to the receptionist after the session, he said that he'll phone me back, which he never did! I'll never go back there!
