On the 30th March 2013 (the long weekend) my partner and I booked into your River Valley Mangwanani for a full day spa. I have been to mangwanani several times and was really looking forward to this experience. To my disappointment, only 2 treatments were done well. the rest was a total disappointment. Whilst your therapist was busy with the hand massage, she was more interested in constantly turning and watchin the golf carts and seemed so uninterested in the massage, it felt like someone rubbing your hand just to get over with the job. the foot massage on the other hand was aweful. whilst the other therapists took their time and put their all into the massage, this therapist during exfoliation, worked with two feet at once, whilst I notice the others didn't. the rub felt like she was on a journey to just get over with everything. she didn't even go into detail in rubbing each toes like all the other experiences I've had. facial thereapist had no idea how to be gentle, she was on a rushing spree, two of your thereapists constantly coughed, and seemed rather sick. a fraustrating day for both me and my partner. treatments were like torture rather than relaxation!
