Terrible service and bad attitude!

Arriving for a massage treatment 15 minutes prior to treatment - good ettiquette.
Waiting until 15 minutes after the treatment is supposed to take place.
Towels on bed smelt of sweat and were from previous therapy, you could see they were flat, and unchanged/used. After 10 minutes of therapy, my therapist left the room!!???
Soft gentle strokes - by NO MEANS a swedish massage, and highly unlikely that these therapists are even qualified. I got dressed when the therapist left the room, and she arrived back stunned. Massage is a touch therapy treatment, and you are supposed to maintain contact. After discussing this with the owner, explaining i did not want anything in return or free, he seemed to think it was just me "being used to something else" because everyone else loved it. He did not even offer to refund me my money.
TERRIBLE SPA and TERRIBLE SERVICE!
