I WANT A REFUND

On the 16/09/2013 my husband and I purchased a groupon spa voucher (R595.00) valued at R1700!
This was going to be a start of an annoying spa treatment -
Firstly upon entering the lodge - the carpets are black and dirty, smelly -
The owner carol-ann seem to have no worry in the world for etiquette -and hygiene - the carpets smelly/dirty/ so not 4 STAR!!
The massage was suppose to be for exact 2 1/2 hours - we started at 11:30 and finished at 1pm - only 1 1/2 hours that too the so called "therapists" are going in and out of the room - leaving u by yourself most of the time, the fruit platter and fruit juice is - half an orange, half an banana, half apple cut up in quarters and given to you on a tooth pick - with the smallest tumblers you have ever seen. More like a shooters or something.
What struck me first when the therapists approached was their t-shirts "MANGWANANI SPA" on them - they are busy using the mangwanani brand in the spa. The treatment you get is pathetic, I think an ordinary person can massage better- the lady mary-ann askes you if you want light-meduim-hard- we had asked for light but what we got was the total opposite- she was rushing and
