I drive a BMW X5 cost me a fortune, shortly before motorplan expired my drivers seat stopped working, sent the car in electrics fixed but after a week of returning the car the seat adjuster no longer works ie it moves forward and backward all the time!!! Eventually gave up. Also complained about a whining/whistle sound that to me sounded like the gearbox, they even drove the car home but said all ok we replaced a pipe. So you know how time flies and now out of plan I take it to another dealership, the seat needed a quick cable adjustment (Club Motors fitted) and the whistle noise identified as an aircon pump R15k isn't that convenient. Sent a letter to Club Motors Dealer principle, he wont even acknowledge my email and BMW SA just make excuses, well thanks for nothing BMW. I have all supporting documentation, job cards etc, and emails
