I took my BMW for a service at club motors fountains. I subsequently found that one of my rims were damaged and brought this to the attention of the customer relations person- Isabel Geldenhuys. The response received to resolve this was atrocious. First being told that an investigation had to be done, and then that they wanted my car to be inspected. At no point did i get any comfort that the damage done would be fixed or a replacement part made available. I will not recommend anyone to go to club motors fountains - service is appalling.
