I made an app@the Hydro for a hot stone massage lasting an hour. I waited approx 10min before the therapist came. I undressed&lay under the towels&waited another 10min for her to return. She then realised the hot stone machine/bowl had not been plugged&called her manager, she left the door open whilst I'm lying there in a towel. The manager came&only after an additional 5min she eventually closed the door. She drained the bowel&put hot water from the tap. After 15min she started the massage. She was highly unskilled&the "hot" stones were in fact cold. During the massage she constantly droped the oil lid&the "hot" stones, I was drained in oil instead of a little being used. When she told me to turn over she didnt lift the towel up in a way she cannot see so I could turn, she pulled the towel whilst it was caught underneath me. She dragged her feet around the room and mishandled me most of the time. No skills. The massage lasted a total of 30min and for the therapists to be graduating three days after my massage was done like she said, I am highly disappointed in the Hydro International. I will certainly not be returning there again.
