SHOCKING service

I recived a Groupon fir a full body massage as a gift. I made an appointment for 5 April 2013.

1. When i arrived there was no one to greet me. I stood at the desk for awhile when Vincint came out to assist me.

2. I arrived well in time and was not even offered any water. I was pretty thirsty.

3. Vincint sat in the office busy on his phone the whole time that myself and another guest had to get up and ask where the toilets were. He didnt even bother to get up just pointed us to the door.

4. My appointment was at 3 and was only escorted in at 3.10. My appointment was only 50 minutes but was supposed to be an hour.

5. My therapist was lovely but her hands were so dry it made my whole experience very unwelcoming.

I am just appaled that this not addressed for a 5 start boutique. R425 for a massage you think you are paying for a service,

I have written a mail to them directly but doubt it will be addressed
