I am a regular customer at Lifeday, but will never use them again. I had a candle massage that I had once before. The service was terrible from the beginning. There was nobody in sight behind the coffee counter. Then the person who finally arrived gave us cold water for tea. The massage was worse. The room was cold due to the air and it was winter! The therapist was terrible. Instead of a massage, I got a rub! I told her to put some pressure, but no luck. During the massage, electricity went and there was an annoying beeping sound throughout. They put a cold pack on me, which never happened before (a candle massage is supposed to be relaxing and hot). I finished feeling cold and upset. The worst part was the managers response. She justified everything, and completely ignored my complaint about the massage itself. I emailed her explaining my complaint, and to this day she hasn't contacted me or apologised!
