Please be advised that the Manager or whatever he is in this branch is rude and obnoxious. he does not know how to treat and talk to his customers. Someone should teach him how to respect the client as we are bringing him monery to his operation. In business there is a very important saying... "the client is always right", and even if the client is wrong in what he is saying, respect should be given nevertheless. We will definately not be going there again. I cant understand how this branch is voted no1 in KZN. Im guessing the customer service is not taken into consideration.
