Firstly this is not an attack on the staff at Bosch they were efficient and helpful as much as they can but obviously showed the 'we are better than you approach'. After replacing a turbo on my car there was still an oil leak. took it back they couldn't fix it. Took it to my mate who is head mechanic at VW who took picture which I have to prove that the turbo is leaking at the core which come only from REFURBISHED turbos. Not only that but they were incapable of even putting the bumper on correctly.
Sad to these the level of service these 'mechanics' dish out and the attitude in which they respect the paying client. Needless to say I will never go there again, I wouldn't suggest anyone going there to, unless you want bad service. Thank you to the guys who showed respect to me at Bosch Randburg and tried, however I was brushed aside as usual. I don't expect any kind of response and I don't have the energy to deal with people who will always blame someone else - you have your dew reward.
