On Thursday 15th August 2013, I phoned Best Home and Electric in Hartswater to confirm if my account has been closed as I had settled it. I also needed a letter a to confirm this. I spoke to Patrick, the branch manager. He was not patient enough to listen to my frustrations. I phoned about 11 times to speak to him and he will just hang up on me. He was very rude and unprofessional. It seemed more like his employer just picked him from the streets or he forced someone to employ him as he does not have client services skills.
I don't ever want to talk to this guy again. if someone out there has the area or divisional manager's number, please let me know. I would like to deal with someone who will respect me as their client and resolve my account issue.
