Start and lock

I took delivery of my new vehicle, Hyundai Accent on the 5th december 2013 and the sales person advised he was going to fetch the vehicle to install the start and lock within the following week. I kept following up with him and he claimed he was still going to do it or they are short staffed or he had a flue and his voice is gone thus could not take my call.

I am really wondering if all other vehicles which were sold after mine also have the same challenge or am I being taken for granted. What annoys me most is that we bought another vehicle 2 weeks later from the same sales person and if I had known, we would have gone to a different manufacturer.

Very unhappy customer!!
